Team Building 2025 Strengthens Cohesion and Belonging

Two Programs, One Shared Mission

Guangdong Hongshanchuan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. recently completed a pair of team-building programs centered on strengthening team cohesion and employees' sense of belonging. The format combined a longer red-themed cultural journey with an efficient short-distance program: a four-day red-themed team-building trip to western Hunan and a two- day recreational team-building trip.

The journey brought colleagues together across mountains and cities, deepening relationships through shared cultural experiences and teamwork. It also reinforced the mission Hongshanchuan has pursued since 1996—developing a complete range of power cords—along with its vision of becoming the most professional company in customers' minds and its core values of focus and professionalism.

Red Heritage and Natural Landscapes

The western Hunan program followed a red-culture theme while combining natural exploration with cultural discovery. Employees gathered in Zhongshan and traveled first to Shaoshan, where they paid tribute at the bronze statue of Chairman Mao and visited his former residence, reflecting on the commitment and perseverance of earlier generations.

The team then visited Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, experienced the spectacular Bailong Elevator and watched the Charming Xiangxi folk performance. The itinerary continued to the Tusi Palace, Chadong Ancient Town on the border, and Fenghuang Ancient Town, allowing colleagues to relax while strengthening their bonds through a blend of natural scenery and local culture.

Short-distance Collaboration and Shared Values

For colleagues joining the shorter program, a two-day route through Gulong Gorge in Qingyuan and the peak-forest landscape of Yingde was organized in parallel. Employees took on the cliff-side glass platform and explored Dongtian Wonderland together, building trust through cooperation and mutual support.

Red heritage provided the cultural thread throughout the programs, while every activity offered an opportunity to put the company's values into practice. Cooperation across departments helped break down communication barriers and gave concrete expression to Hongshanchuan's commitment to focus, professionalism and a complete power-cord offering.

Across 29 years in the power-cord industry, Hongshanchuan has pursued quality through focus and built broad certification coverage through professional expertise. The team-building programs further strengthened the shared vision of making power cords with care and becoming the most professional company in customers' minds.

Participants said they would bring the spirit of perseverance and teamwork back to their roles, applying greater focus and professionalism as they work together to fulfill the company's mission.
